  • I moved to Madrid last Spring to study abroad. Coming from San Diego, California I had no clear idea of where I would like to live. I just hoped I would get lucky and somehow I did. I met a guy at the Plaza de las Ventas from Mexico and he told me to contact HelpMadrid. They are located on the most popular street in the city Gran Via. They were easy to find and easy to contact. I met Jonas my flat agent from Germany, a guy who speaks Spanish and English as well as his own language and we got off to a good start. He showed me the flat available in one of the nicest and most central neighborhoods of Madrid, Salamanca. I had my own bedroom and shared the kitchen and bathrooms with 14 other roommates from all over Europe and some from the US. It was the experience of a lifetime and I couldn’t have done it without Help Madrid.

  • I lived with helpAccommodation for 6 months and it was definitely a positive experience.
The flat had all the facilities you may need to feel at home: it came with flatware, all the furniture, and it was recently renewed and in a really good condition!! (and that's quite difficult in the center of Madrid, trust me). All of that combined with the 24/7 availability of the staff, who is always ready to help you, made my experience in Madrid unforgettable.
My Erasmus would not have been the same without them!

  • helpAccommodation, the best help you can get to live in the capital of Spain. When I came to Madrid the first time, in summer of 2012, I wanted to find a place to live in Madrid and I wanted it to be good, nice and cheap, I wanted to invest my money wisely and have a good value for it; I didn’t want to take the risk of trusting a private property owner and then, to have problems with things that weren’t working. I was also looking for a place with an international atmosphere, something beyond a house, a home where I could live and get to know other cultures and ways of thinking.
